Aviara has a unique culture in which all agents are part of a smaller team that is led by a shareholder manager. This ensures that new agents get off to a well-supervised start while more seasoned agents perform at the top of their game through mentoring with some of the industry's most accomplished talent. Although all agents are part of a team internally, they have complete autonomy to market themselves as an individual agent to their clients. In other words, they do not need to market themselves as part of a team.

As a company, Aviara recognizes the importance of staying on the cutting edge of being knowledgeable and informed about industry changes. It is a high priority within Aviara to keep all agents up to date so they can operate with the most sophisticated level of integrity and professionalism. This commitment is shown through all the involvement at the local board, state, and national levels that so many of the agent leaders within Aviara have had. Corporate broker Connie Reed has been extremely involved with CAR for years and is personal friends with many of the professional staff and attorneys. She is able to pick up the phone and talk to some of the brightest industry minds if ever a situation or question arises that is beyond her scope.
